Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Analyst with strong Business Analysis and Technical skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and working closely with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
A Solution Analyst role here seems to be a bridge between Business Analysis with technical skills. They take the raw technical data/details from Architects and convert them into functional.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
Support in designing solution architecture with technical teams.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide production support when required.
Ensure compliance with organizational and client standards in solution delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Specific Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with UML, Use Cases, and Process Flow diagrams.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge in at least one of the following:
• Web & Mobile Application Development (Angular, React, Flutter, or
• similar)
• Backend Technologies (Java, Node.js, .NET, or Python)
• Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure – added advantage)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in client-facing roles.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems or large-scale enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Solution Analyst / Business Analyst.
