Job Role: Shift Incharge- Furnace- Satara, Maharashtra, India
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. To achieve optimum, qualitative and quantitative production and minimize production delay.
2. To co-ordinate the rolling plan with Furnace Supervisor.
3 To maintain good housekeeping and safety working condition.
4 To do roll changing in the shift when required.
5 To maintain records of production log book and sign it.
6 To maintain Work discipline.
7 To ensure procedures, WI and SOP’s are followed.
8 To control discharge pcs, rejection, end discards.
9 To arrange requisite manpower for running the shift.
10 To check Samples for any defects and rectify the same.
Education & Experience: -
BE/B.Tech – 3 to 5 Years
Diploma (Metallurgy/Mech.)- 5 to 8 Years
Experience Required: 3-8 Years+ Years
