Job Role: Mechanical Design Engineer- EV component Manufacturing- Pune
Experience Required: 5-10 years+ Years
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Role & Responsibilities :
• Design/Development of Enclosure for AC-DC Inverter, DC-DC converter, Battery
Inverter, Battery charger, AC drive,
• Design of enclosure in Solid work software, drafting, BOM generation, Manufacturing
documents release,
• Need to work on ECN, ECR teams.
• Generating concepts for new product design, existing product design as per
Requirement
• Design and development of Enclosure in various type casting method
• Following with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks and track risks to schedule and
product quality
• Preparing Cable harness drawing, Engineering drawing, Solid work Animation,
• Participates in the analysis of new technologies as they may apply to proposed future
product development.
• Designing heat sink and cooling plate as per requirement, vibration fixture
• Participating in proof of concept, validating the design with making self-assembly
• Good communication skills, written and oral
• Interaction with inter- department
Specific Skills Required:
- Key skills: • Experience in Solid work 3d design, sheet metal, casting. Drafting, assembly • Knowledge of EV vehicle components, Inverter parts, IGBT, Capacitor, inductor, transformer. Current measuring instruments, Temperature measurements • Experience in Project time management. Material knowledge, heat transfer • Assembly of Electro-mechanical Enclosure, Design for Assembly, Service, Manufacture Technical Skill • Design of of Electro-mechanical products, Design for Shock and Vibration, Thermal design • Enclosure material selection, Gasket design, Heat sink design, Cooling plate design • Enclosure design to meet IP65, 67 and IP6k9k. Design for environmental conditions • Depth knowledge Product development process (concept to manufacturing)
