Job Role: Furnace Supervisor- Rolling Mill- Satara, Maharashtra, India
Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITY:

 

1. To handover the charging / rolling sequence to all the concerned persons.

2. To ensure proper charging in the furnace as per the Instruction Register.

3. To maintain RMS records pertaining to shift production.

4. To ensure proper furnace operation (Oil pressure, Oil levels, Oil temperatures, blower pressure, furnace temperature, O2 percentage.)

5. To maintain identification on Discharge pieces and charge the same in consultation with shift In charge.

6. To maintain good housekeeping and safety working conditions.

7. To handover rolled product to condition shop supervisor.

8. To assist shift In charge during roll change.

9. To give cutting instruction to Hot saw operator

10. To ensure proper heat identification on the rolled product.

11. To plot the moving range chart for O2 percentage

 

Education & Experience: -

Diploma (Metallurgy/Mech.)- 3 to 5 Years

Experience Required:     3-5 Years+ Years
