Job Role: Full Stack React Developer- 10-12 Years Bangalore

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior React Full Stack Developer to build scalable, data-driven healthcare applications.
You will own solutions end-to-end—from architecture and database design to front-end development, API integration and deployment—while mentoring engineers and shaping technical best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Architect full-stack solutions across the UI, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.
- Build reusable React components and robust back-end services.
- Design and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs with multiple data sources.
- Own database design, data modelling and performance optimisation.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the application stack.
- Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment and containerisation.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Candidate Profile
- 10–12 years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in React and full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, hooks and state management.
- Back-end development experience with Node.js and Express/NestJS.
- Experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and third-party integrations.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or similar databases.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha or Cypress.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP, along with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture and scalable application development.
- Proven ability to independently lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams.
Preferred Experience
- Next.js, GraphQL, React Native or microservices architecture.
- Experience in healthcare, AI/ML, data analytics or another data-intensive domain.
