Job Role: Regional Manager – Clinic Operations & Growth
Job Description:
Industry: Oncology Healthcare / Multi-location Cancer Care Clinics
Openings: 3 – North, West and South Regions
Reporting To: GM – Business
Span of Control: 7–10 clinics/centres
Travel: 15–20 days per month
We are looking for Regional Managers to take end-to-end ownership of the business performance, operations, teams and patient experience across 7–10 oncology healthcare centres within their assigned regions.
The role requires a strong business-oriented professional who can drive clinic growth while ensuring operational discipline and a consistently high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive clinic-wise revenue, patient footfall, conversions, repeat visits and defined business KPIs.
- Review centre performance, identify gaps and implement corrective plans for underperforming clinics.
- Ensure smooth operations and adherence to SOPs, service standards and company processes.
- Lead, coach and review front-desk and clinic support teams across 7–10 centres.
- Oversee the complete patient journey—from initial enquiry and appointment to consultation, billing and follow-up.
- Track patient enquiries, missed appointments, follow-ups, drop-offs and conversion performance.
- Resolve operational and patient-related escalations within defined timelines.
- Conduct regular training on patient handling, communication, appointment management and service standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, consumption, replenishment and wastage.
- Coordinate with central marketing and business teams to improve patient footfall and clinic productivity.
- Develop referral opportunities through doctors, healthcare professionals, corporates, institutions and local partnerships.
- Provide the GM – Business with regular, data-backed insights on regional and clinic performance.
Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in clinic operations, hospitals, diagnostics, wellness, retail healthcare or a similar multi-location service business.
- Proven experience managing multiple clinics, branches or centres.
- Demonstrated success in driving business targets and managing frontline teams.
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, patient experience and performance metrics.
- Commercially driven, patient-centric and execution-focused.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable travelling for 15–20 days each month across the assigned region.
