About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Trade Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in managing trade finance operations, fund arrangements, invoice discounting, banking relationships, and working capital management. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth financing of domestic and international trade transactions while maintaining strong coordination with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Trade Finance activities including LC, BG, Import & Export Documentation, Packing Credit, Bill Discounting, Buyers Credit, Supplier Credit and Export Finance.
• Coordinate with banks for issuance, amendment, negotiation and closure of trade finance instruments.
• Manage Purchase Invoice Discounting and Vendor Financing programs.
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs and fintech platforms for invoice financing arrangements.
• Assist in arranging short-term and long-term funds for business requirements.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for working capital limits, term loans and credit facilities.
• Maintain strong banking relationships and support renewal/enhancement of credit facilities.
• Prepare and submit stock statements, CMA data and banking information.
• Handle export and import finance activities and ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA regulations.
• Prepare MIS reports related to trade finance, banking limits and fund utilization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA Finance / PGDM Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter / B.Com / M.Com.
• 3–5 years of experience in Trade Finance, Treasury, Working Capital Management or Corporate Finance.
• Experience in Manufacturing and Export-oriented organizations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance, Invoice Discounting, Banking Documentation, FEMA, RBI Guidelines and Treasury Operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
