Job Role: Section Incharge- Operations-Rolling Mill- Satara, Maharashtra, India
Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITY:

 

1. To review Departmental performance w. r .t business plan once in a month.

2. To plan activities in a cost-effective way.

3. To review customer requirements and evaluate any need of up gradation,

4. To study customer complaints and plan preventive action,

5. To plan Manpower resources.

6. To upgrade equipment.

7. To Control the Departmental total cost within the budgeted norms.

8. To maintain work discipline all levels.

9. To monitor outside rolling.

10. To increases mill utilization, reduce all consumption and cobbles.

11. To adhere to systems.

12. To check spare parts availability & maintain mill spares.

13. To arrange furnace repairs.

14. To attend technical problem in the mills.

15. To take up all safety related jobs and housekeeping.

 

Education & Experience: -

BE/B.Tech – 10 to 15 Years

Diploma (Metallurgy/Mech.)- 15 to 20 Years

Experience Required:     10-15 Years+ Years
