Job Role: Product Manager-Blood Gas Analyser- In- Vitro Diagnostic Industry
Job Description:

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
• Translate clinical needs, market intelligence, and customer insights into system-level product requirements and development priorities.
• Support diagnostic platform strategy and contribute to product roadmap planning and lifecycle governance.
• Participate in platform governance discussions including verification frameworks, architecture decisions, and product evolution strategies.

Systems Engineering & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, regulatory, and product management teams to support integrated system releases.
• Ensure alignment between global development teams and regional market needs.
• Contribute to system-level design discussions for next-generation diagnostic platforms.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights
• Conduct structured Voice-of-Customer (VoC) programs with clinicians, laboratories, and procurement stakeholders.
• Generate competitive intelligence and market landscape insights to support strategic portfolio decisions.
• Translate field feedback into product improvement initiatives and future development priorities.

Clinical Adoption & Implementation
• Support clinical adoption of point-of-care diagnostic systems across hospital networks and laboratories.
• Work closely with sales and application teams to strengthen product utilization and customer engagement.
• Provide scientific and clinical support for product positioning and market expansion initiatives.

Commercial Enablement & Go-to-Market Strategy
• Support commercial teams through clinical education, technical training, and stakeholder engagement programs.
• Contribute to development of product messaging frameworks and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist in portfolio positioning, pricing discussions, and market expansion planning.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital networks, and laboratory leaders.
• Act as a bridge between global product teams and regional markets to ensure solutions align with real-world clinical workflows.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to drive successful product development and commercialization.
 

Experience Required:     5+ years+ Years

Specific Skills Required:
  • Blood Gas Analyzer Experience, Sales, Radiometer sales, Market Intelligence, Negotiation skills
Job Qualifications:
  • Msc/ Phd Biochemistry

Compensation: full-time
